"You Can Gobble Up This Serving Of Good Apples"

I would like to call to your attention my candidate for your “good apple” recognition. The firm is Independent Air of Eustis (Phone 352-357-9678). I was in the market for a ductless air conditioning and heating system for our sunroom and was prepared to spend between $2,500 to $3,000 to ...make this room comfortable. Chuck Munson the owner of Independent Air came to our house to look at the room and give us an estimate for the ductless system. After looking the situation over and spending about 15 minutes in the attic he said he would be glad to sell me the system that I had called about but his recommendation was that I add two new ducts with outlets in the sunroom and insulate the attic space over the sunroom (it had none as it was originally intended as an open porch). This work was a fraction of the cost that I had anticipated and I was impressed with the outstanding ethics, honesty and Chuck Munson’s attitude that the customer’s interest comes first, not how much profit can he make. Do you hear the applause for him? When his workers showed up they were prompt, knowledgeable and good craftsmen that even cleaned up after themselves. I am one totally sold supporter of Independent Air....Chuck Munson!
